A formal organization that exists to ensure the safety and well being of Scotland and it’s members.
The Laird of Scotland will have the final say in all matters regarding the alliance.
Clan Chiefs will be appointed or removed by Laird.
Clan Chiefs may Solicit the help of Clan Members to assist them with their duties.

Keep one Foreign Aid Slot free for emergencies, to give or receive Aid.

All Wars, Including raiding. (Raid at your own risk!!) must be authorized by Laird .
When called upon to fight all contacted please Immediately Respond. An attack on one of us or our Allies is an attack on all of us.
A)If any member Raids or goes to War for any reason without permission.
B)Also anyone who antagonize or Aids others which could drags us into a war.
They will be immediately expelled from Scotland.
Nation may be put on Authorized to War list.
When called upon to Fight or Aid one of our Members or Friendly Allies against attack or for another authorized reason.
Please use “In defense of an Ally or another reason intimated.
To this end keep one or two Foreign Aid slots available, To receive or send War Aid.
In the event of Scotland's Nations Called to fight in an Authorized Alliance War. All Tech Deals shall be suspended to give or receive War Aid.
